Pickler lived in a challenging environment. For the sake of leaving an abusive relationship, her mother resigned when she was just 2 years young. Pickler was reunited with the mother she had left in 1995 when she was appointed the custodian. But it didn't go as was planned. Pickler was then 12 years old and was returned to her parents by justices. They raised her until she turned an adult. Pickler was too busy raising her children in the absence of her parents. The time she had was not enough and that she had to learn how to look after her family at a young age. Pickler was on the teams for cheerleading in both high school and middle-school. She graduated in 2004 from North Stanly High School. Pickler is also a contestant for a beauty pageant. Her name was even a reference to Miss Stanly County.
