Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid was born in Vietnam and also has Chinese roots, but her father Winston Barrett Munn comes from the Southern part of the family. Her parents separated when she was two years old and she was raised by her mother and stepfather, who was a part of the United States Air Force. The family emigrated to Oklahoma and lived in several places, but she spent most of her childhood in Tokyo. During this time she performed in various local theater productions. Later, she began modeling within the Japanese fashion business. As the family retreated to the United States, Olivia moved to Los Angeles to pursue her aspirations of becoming a professional actress. Olivia's acting career took off after just a couple of tiny role. She landed the part of Mily in the series with a Hawaii lens Beyond the Break (2005) as well as the role of receptionist for Rob Schneider in Big Stan (2006). The show's host is "The Daily Nut", "Formula D", and "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. It is her favorite pastime to surf, and she continues practicing since the television series Beyond the Break (2006). Additionally, she has earned an black belt in Taekwondo.
