Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also the owner of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it as well. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive years. She was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit participant and media star is one of the CrossFit athletes from Iceland. The media has praised her for being the sole woman to ever win the two CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. Also, she is known for winning the Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie was raised by her parents at Reykjavik Iceland. As a working out enthusiast from an early age, she took part in various school games and also won numerous awards. Due to her exceptional performance, she managed to claim the CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie, who had an impressive 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the very first woman to win each of the CrossFit Games. In addition, in 2014 she won a silver medal and recently in 2021 won bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie coaches and train in Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie is an aspiring athlete who has been the face of various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs and Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration and the Sidekick Yorbae. Her own Youtube channel called "Annie", with over a thousand followers. This is where she uploads videos about the diet of her training, life with family and traveling.
