Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is best known for portraying Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the 1960s. The stage debut of her career started in the 1950s with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. After that, she acted on Broadway for a number of shows until the year 1957, when Li'l Abner made it huge at the National Theater. The album was released by her Too Late for Tina in the following year. Louise began her Hollywood career in 1958, in which she portrayed Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a film that was dramatic. It was an enormous success, and Louise was awarded the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. When she was an undergraduate at Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. The actress joined CBS in 1964, to play Ginger Grant. Louise kept juggling her career in between Broadway as well as Hollywood, portraying more somber characters as opposed to her perception of herself as a glamorous woman. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 as Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. But, over the last few years she also became a well-known director of popular television shows such as Supernatural as well as The 100. Her family relocated out of Essex to Toronto in the year she was born, and there she resided for childhood and adolescence. Her home was in Vancouver when she was chosen to play Samantha Carter.
