Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal activist and writer who was awarded numerous Awards. Her films comprise Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) and The Getaway ( 1972). New York was her home and she was brought up in a creative environment. She started as a photographic assistant, before progressing to modeling and acting. She won an award called the Golden Globe Award in 1990 as a promising young actor. MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was an enormous success that earned the world to her, as well an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. In just three films, she became the top female box-office star across the globe. In 1972, her foot-prints along with her signature were engraved on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater. She was a part of several different films, such as The Getaway Convoy Players and the miniseries on TV The Winds of War among other. Moving Pictures is her autobiography, published in 1991. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
